Welcome to the Albir apartments in Spain...

The apartment is located in the 'Edificio Boulevard' in Albir. Close to most points of interest like the Art museums of nearby Altea and other cultural entertainment, which happen regularly in Altea up and down this region of the cost.

A true Mediterranean experience, the newly built 'block is located in 'Edificio Boulevard' in Albir. It has two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed, living room with a double bed/couch which converts into a third bed/room if required. The living room has a door opening to a balcony over looking the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and is even suitable for the more adventurous and experienced cooks. Main bedroom has ensuite bathroom, shower, bidet and toilet facility. The 2nd bathroom has all the same facilities.

Take a lovely walk of around 5 min's directly off Boulevard and to a safe Blue flag (Euro) beach. The beach is white bleached smooth stone/sand & safe for all levels of bathing and has constant lifeguard supervision.
